Wooten Employees –
This will be an abbreviated update regarding COVID 19:
• According to NC DHHS, there are 636 cases in NC and WRAL reports 87 cases in Wake County. Two deaths in NC have occurred to date.
• Wake County issued a ‘stay at home’ proclamation effective 5 pm Friday through April 17th. The order will be reassessed at that time.
• Most ‘stay at home’ proclamations allow ‘essential businesses’ to remain operating to support ‘essential operations’.
o The Wooten Company is deemed an ‘essential business’ meaning that our employees can continue to work in the office.
o Voluntary work from home remains an option if there are assignments that can be successfully completed. Make sure you sign out on the calendar and are available by MS Teams/email during work hours.
• On your timesheets, remember to specifically detail any time charged to GENOVHD to include tasks performed and the associated number of hours.
Thank you for your patience, perseverance and hard work.
